Wagons

Special covered wagons (H series wagons)

The main feature of special covered wagons of H series is the variety of structural designs that enable faster and easier handling of different goods.

Habbins-z and Habbinss-z wagons are four-axle wagons with sliding aluminium doors (two on each side) for easier load manipulations. These wagons are used for transporting general cargo and palletized goods that must be protected from atmospheric influences. They are designed in a way that they can transport 63 EURO pallets (800×1200 cm2) or 42 industrial pallets (1000×1200 cm2).

Rils-z wagons

Rils-z wagons are ordinary four-axle flat wagons. Their cargo area is bounded by high front sides that are vaulted on the upper side and a sliding tarpaulin cover. The cover can be folded to one side of the wagon in order to free up access to the cargo area during the loading or unloading process. The wooden floor is suitable for nailing wooden devices that prevent or limit the moving of the load, or to press spikes into it if these devices are made of metal. Mounting rings are installed for cargo that needs to be tied to the floor.

Tadds-z and Tads-z wagons

Tadds-z and Tads-z wagons are special four-axle multi-purpose wagons with an opening roof (the interior of Tadds-z series is plasticized). These wagons are used for the transport of bulk materials from 1 to 50 mm that do not have sharp edges. The loading is done from above via the movable roof, and the cargo is protected from atmospheric influences. They are unloaded gravitationally by opening one or more hoppers, which can be adjusted by using the folding doors on the hoppers. The unloading must be done on both sides in boxes, elevators or on special platforms. Handling instructions are written on the wagon.

Tadnss-z wagons

The Tadnss-z wagon is a four-axle freight wagon for the transport of bulk materials with a grain size of 0 to 50 mm, which must be protected from atmospheric influences (nitrates, granulated lime, sodium carbonate, cereals, etc.). The wagon is equipped with a sliding roof, and there are 4 hatches for unloading on each side. The roof and hatches for unloading are opened by mechanisms that can be found on platforms.
